We seek passionate people who want to enrich their yoga practice to a very deep level. This Training will create space for new healthy habits and redesign your daily life for greater well-being.

 

Training is about intense immersion mainly into:

  • Asana, Pranayama and Meditation, 

  • Yoga Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics, 

  • Yoga History and Philosophy, 

  • Teaching methodology, professional essentials, and leadership,

  • Ayurveda.

 

Be ready to learn about:

  • basic, intermediate, and advanced yoga poses with complete functional alignment, use of props, and use of bandhas,

  • how to link poses together to provide logical and creative sequencing and prepare the body for advanced poses and practice, 

  • precise and creative cues to bring students’ awareness to their bodies and to teach by voice without the need for demonstrating,

  • effective hands-on adjustments and assistance with emphasis on energetic alignment,

  • functional anatomy and its application for safe self-practice and teaching to prevent injuries,

  • the potential of breath through learning a variety of breath techniques and experiencing their impacts on our physiology,

  • your mind, exploring known and unknown spaces in the awareness through practicing a variety of meditation techniques,

  • Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Vedanta, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Tantrik yoga and its practical implications into your everyday life,

  • how to teach all level classes by using kramas (stages of asanas),

  • how to hold space in the class, project your voice, and enhance your communication and leadership skills,

  • how to build a portfolio of your students and create a substantial yoga business.

 

This course aims to provide complex knowledge and experience of the practice of yoga either for your self-development or for future teachings of yoga (after certification). Improve your teaching
(50 hours YACEP)

Italy, Sicily  19th  April - 26th April  2025

 

The course aims to provide knowledge and experience of the practice of asana yoga with an emphasis on sequencing Vinyasa classes and Hands-on Adjustments. This module is for yoga teachers who: 

​

  • Wish to deepen their practice, have new ideas for the sequences of their lessons, and gain confidence in hands-on adjusting.

  • Are willing to learn more, practice more, improve their practice, and teach skills.

  • Wants to become more aware of their and students' bodies to prevent injuries.

  • Gain confidence and creativity on their teaching path.

  • Aims to build upon existing yoga experience and knowledge either for self-development or to gain a 50hours Yoga Alliance Diploma of Continuing Education

  • COURSE PRE-REQUISITES - a minimum 200HRS Yoga Alliance Certificate. However, this Training can also be taken as an Immersion option for Yoga enthusiasts (without certification) - a lighter schedule without learning hands-on adjustments.

During the Training, you will practice and learn the Format of Six New Exclusive Vinyasa Sequences (focused on particular body areas). You will dive deeper into teaching methodology and sequencing. Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Italy, Sicily  4th October - 10th October2025

 

This Training is for you if:

  • you love Yin Yoga and want to learn this modern and complementary practice on a deep level

  • you wish to learn about chakra and the meridian system

  • you want to learn Yin archetypes and poses and their modifications with the use of props

  • you wish to become more aware of your body not only on the physical level

  • crave more than a typical yoga retreat and want to live a week in an informal climate of friendship and sharing.

  • aims to build upon existing yoga experience and knowledge either for self-development or to gain a 50hours Yoga Alliance Diploma of Continuing Education

Training Highlights:

  • Two daily yoga classes - yang and yin yoga

  • Each day is connected to one element as per Chinese Medicine - Earth, Water, Fire, Wood, and Metal

  • Daily lectures on the energetic Chakra system, and Meridian system from Traditional Chinese medicine

  • Morning Pranayama and Meditation practice

  • Afternoon Yin Yoga asana lab - a detailed exploration of yin poses and their modifications

  • Learning how to use props in yin yoga to deepen the practice and enhance flexibility

  • Learning about the fascia system and skeletal variations to  recognize the difference between tension and compression

  • Connecting with your deeper self, building up self-awareness of the physical, energetic, emotional, and mind-body

Bhakti Yoga Teacher Training
"Essence of Love"
(30 hours YACEP)

Italy, Sicily - 13th-18th October 2025

This YTT is for you, if:

  • you love the practice of Kirtan and Chanting

  • you want to dig deeper into the meaning of Mantras, Kirtan, and the practice of Bhakti Yoga in general

  • you are curious to find out more about the origins of Kirtan and the history behind

  • you love to learn more about the right Sanskrit pronunciation and the Hindu Mythology behind the Mantras

  • you would like to have a lot of practical experiences - from Voice Exploration to Nada Yoga and of course a lot of Chanting

  • you want to learn how to offer Kirtan on your own and how you use your harmonium (or similar instrument) for that

 

There is no previous experience needed for this course. You also don't need to be a yoga teacher. You only need curiosity and openness to fully dive into this course and the practice. (In this case you can complete the course without exam and certification of Yoga Alliance YACEP). If you have a harmonium/ukulele, feel free to bring it.

Daily yoga Vinyasa classes accompanied by Bhakti theme

  • Daily Bhakti Lab (Chanting, Exploring the instruments, learning to lead your own Kirtan)

  • Morning Japa Meditation

  • Classes on the origins and history of Bhakti and Kirtan

  • Exploring the power of sound - science behind and practical experiences

  • Learning new Mantras and Kirtans (with or without an instrument)

  • Exploring the main deities behind the Mantras and the Mythology surrounding them

  • Introduction to the Sanskrit Alphabet and their pronunciation

  • Connecting with your voice through different techniques and exercises
