Everything in the material world keeps moving, everything is impermanent. Nonetheless we strive to keep up with the pace, forgetting how essential it is to maintain the stillness within. Such loss of equlibrium leads to tension in all layers of our being. That is where the practice of Yoga comes in, to release the tension and to cultivate inner harmony. To move and breathe with awareness, to evolve and experience the state of Flow (named by Mihály Csíkszenthmihályi) - a mental state where performing an activity is a full immersion, focus and enjoyment.
